Der Verband der Fruchtsaftindustrie (VdF) meldet, dass die Fruchtsafthersteller im Jahr 2023 rund 241 Mio Liter Apfelsaft gekeltert haben. Davon waren 200 Mio Liter aus konventionellem Anbau. 41 Mio Liter waren Bioware. Laut VdF-Geschäftsführer Klaus Heitlinger ist das so wenig wie seit zehn Jahren nicht mehr.
