An der TUM Weihenstephan soll die Rohstoffexpertin Dipl. Ing. Martina Gastl Nachfolgerin von Prof. Dr. Fritz Jacob als Gf des Forschungszentrum Weihenstephan für Brau- und Lebensmittelqualität werden.
Gastl gilt als Gefolgsfrau von Prof. Dr. Thomas Becker (Lehrstuhl für Brau- und Getränketechnologie), was nun Gerüchte befeuert, dass mit der Rochade das Forschungszentrum näher an den Lehrstuhl und damit an Becker herangeführt wird.
